Batch 6 (solo). Dahua DMSS has 6 @artifact_processor functions; get_dmss_media has a 'File Path' data column (full path -> get_relative_path), the other 5 return a full source_path (db path) now relativized too. All 4-arg -> context form; logic unchanged; dropped the W0613 disable header. pylint 10.00.
